Rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. We enjoyed the breakfast but got a bit bored of the choices after 5 days. Overall we did like though. Staff was very pleasant. Room felt secure. air conditioning worked well.

staff were amazing, particularly our waiter Carlos. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very helpful and welcoming. Large, clean room and in a good location.

The hotel is located in a nice part of Bucaramanga. The breakfast was buffet style and excellent. Very attentive staff and a pool on the 2nd floor.

Attention and service was amazing. I was participating in a race and they got up at 4 am to serve us coffee.

It was beautiful, I though I was going to have noises problems because the zone of the hotel, but none, all prefect!!
